Women's Morning Yoga Sessions
Are you suffering from fatigue? Do you feel aches and pains throughout the day? Do you want to start exercising but aren't sure how?
Come join us for yoga class! This is an 8-session course, classes taking place on Thursdays and Sundays (depending on the chagim), beginning Thursday Sept 7th, at 8:30 am.th.
Cost: 150 NIS for all 8 sessions

Meet Andrea Porcelain-Amram, your yoga teacher with over 7 years of experience! Together, we'll be having fun with gentle yoga sessions- all while improving our strength and flexibility. These classes combine breathing with yoga postures and meditation. The classes are fit for all-levels, including beginners, and will last an hour and a half. Please bring a yoga mat and any other props that you find suitable (blanket, pillow, blocks, strap). Please check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. Not suitable for women in their third trimester of pregnancy.
